okay, i have a card in my laptop that works great for most anything, but it keps saying it is unsupported or outdated, what am i supposed to do?

Can you tell us a little more about the laptop? Graphics card type? Operating System (XP, Vista, mac, Linux) amount of RAM?
Did you check the minimum system requirements to run Second Life? http://secondlife.com/support/sysreqs.php _____________________

Having the same issue
Getting the error "Second Life is unable to run because your video card drivers are out of date or unsupported. Please make sure you have the latest video card drivers installed. Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit SP1 Abit IP35 Pro Mobo Intel Q6700 2.6ghz quad core Nvidia Geforce 8800 GXT (with latest drivers) 4gigs of ram |
