Login Failed

It is currently about 9:24 SL time and I am getting Login Failed many times. I was logged on earlier for about 10-15 minutes and my AV never did fully rez. I tried relogging and have not been able to get back in since.

Did you crash out of SL or just relog due to nothing rezzing? If you crashed then your avi could be ghosted and it will take time for the servers to figure out that you are really not online............you can't log in until that happens.

If you logged because nothing was rezzing then try rebooting your modem and router (if you have one). Also try logging into a quiet sim instead of your normal log in location...........try Philudoria (it's seldom active and not a lot of scripts running).

yup logons keep failing have tried with both of me and i ant get in,..anyone have anything concrete to throw at this ?

I just now successfully logged iin on my first try without a hitch.

SL is actually working better than the forums.

SL was being a bit wonky there for a while.

Ahh, the sim I was logging into is very quiet. I rent to own it and was the only person there. I got on as an alt, but after over an hour, the alt still hasn't fully rezzed either. She came on in another area. I'll try my main again in a bit

Well... it happens to me the same, today since 12:30 SL time, i cant login, after the enter my password, it appears a window, and says: "Login failed. The system is logging you out right now. Your account will not be available until..." today date, but 5 minutes after... all afternoon, the same, 5 minutes after... can someone help me?

You can do as I do sometimes, which is to just keep trying until I get in........that usually works on the second or third time. The minutes to wait is put there in case your avatar is ghosted or something and the servers still show you as being logged in when you are not. If you crashed out of SL then it's possible you are ghosted and will have to wait until the servers log you out. If you didn't crash then chances are high that the message is bogus.

Also, LL is doing rolling restarts of 200 regions sometime today..........your log in location may be one of those.

And the final thing you can try that works fairly often is to log into a quiet sim instead of your normal location. Try Philudoria. Seldom more than 5 people in it at any one time. The scripts are low too.

Well... nothing...i try to connect at least 20 times... but nothing happens... the same error, i see that the login's progress indicator moves, but nothing happens. I clean my cache, i submit a ticket... i change my region, to home, o whatever.. but nothing. I dont know what to do!
