Whenever I try to connect to Second Life my internet goes dead. My brother says it has something to do with the firewall in the router. Is that true? I've had the same exact problem with another game called "America's Army". In both of these games, you have to login in the game. I really want to play this game. I need help!

You should send an email describing your problem in as much detail as possible (including things like make/model of your router, what kind of computer you have including operating system and hardware specs, the exact error message that second life gives you when you try to connect, etc) to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] if you haven't done so already.
