I am trying to log in my main char, but my password seems to have bee changed. I tried to do the re-set, however when I get to the page that asks for the security question info, the "spaces" where the info would go won't let me type my answers in. I can not get past that screen to complete the password re-set.
Help!

I feel your pain, I have another account that I can't access because I forgot the password and can't even reset it.
