Loading Inventory

Hi,
I need help figuring out why my inventory wont load and trying to remedy the situation.
There is NO help what so ever within the game, so im hoping , to get better result's here.
If there's anyone who can help plz post in as much detail possible, because my avater is hit, she needs her inventory badly...

If you are talking about your inventory being slow to load and all your folders won't open then try searching your inventory. Type the letter "A" in the search box, then the letter "B"........ect until it loads. It can take a while if you have lots in your inventory.

The trick works for me. :)

I tried what you suggested and nothing , all the free linden stuff will load and the folders will open , but none of thge stuff that was bought or given, so now my avi is stuck looking like a dog with a mullet.

I have found that going to the Recent Items tab will help my inventory load.

I tried that also and nada, the free sl stuff loads fine, but the purchased items wont :(

I'm having the exact same problem or at least something close.

My inventory simply says "loading" next to each folder and I can't even see any of the items. I left the account on over night to see if it would eventually kick in and after a full night's sleep...nothing...still loading. At first I was ruthed and now I'm stuck as the "test male" avie because it's the only way for me to change anything. Can't even accept items because SL says the system is busy. My library items do work.

I've opened a ticket on the issue, but was told in an email:

"Our system shows that you submitted this ticket from either a Basic account or with Guest Access. Basic account holders and guests may only submit tickets using the ticket type "Special Questions - Basic account or Guest Login". You did not select that ticket type, so the ticket will not be reviewed.

If your issue is one of the ones we offer support to, please submit another ticket with the information corrected."

Apparently as a free account I don't qualify for technical help. I opened a second ticket under the specified type, but after several days haven't heard a word.

I hope you have more luck than I seem to be having.

Thats the exact samething thats happening to me, I bet if we upgrade our inventory will probaly start working, what a way to strong arm people into premium accounts.
I think the ONLY THE SPECIAL CAN GET TECH SUPPORT rule suck's, why segregate??

I'm very quickly coming to the same conclusion.

btw, I downloaded the the Beta Test Grid here: http://secondlife.com/community/preview.php

On that my inventory and avatar are just fine. I think there's some sort of communication bug between the latest patch update and some "basic" account databases. Unfortunately, I can't get a Linden to even read my issue so...

You might want to try the BTG and see what happens.

Just a quick update...

I still have heard nothing from the Lindens in response to my ticket, however I logged in tonight and was FIXED. Check your avatars if you haven't yet. Good luck!

My guy upgraded my accnt because thats the only way you can get tech support for this problem, but no go, im still not able to do a thing.

There are ! 118 ! open issues with inventory listed in JIRA, so I suggest you have a look if ya can find your problem or something similar there. I'm sure that this or something similar is already been worked on..
