SL IP addresses

I want to time limit my daughters access to the teen grid, I can do this using my router and restricting a web site or IP address on a schedule I choose.

Has anybody done this before ? and is if there is a single site address I can use or do I need to individually restrict each ip address on the published sub net lists.
