In the video tutorial.it says this can be tweaked bu pref/graphic/Hardware options but in that i only have Filtering,Gamma,enable VBO,texture memory and fog dis ratio.

It's a new setting for the 1.20 release candidates, so you won't see that if you are running 1.19. And your video card has to support it.
