In world troubles

Okay so having this problem an cant submit a ticket to LL's cause for some reason its telling me to enter a valid email address an I'm using the same email address i used for the account. So maybe someone here can tell me what the problem is or how to solve it. I'm having a problem in world. I cannot search for people or places, groups, land etc my Lindens say loading... an my whole friends list says (Loading...) an I cannot tp out. Ive waited a few hours to see if the problem would correct it self an have tried clearing cache an uninstalling an reinstalling the SL client. Nothing so far has worked. If you could tell me what the problem is or if theres a way I can fix it. I would appreciate it thank you.
