Hi i am newb and i transported away from the welcome area before i had a chance to do the tutorials etc now i can't get back there and i dont have permission to go to help island
what can i do?

Once you've left, you can't get back to Help Island or Orientation Island.
Open up your inventory and look in the top-level Library folder. In there is another folder called Landmarks. IIRC, there are landmarks in there that will get you to the Help Island Public and Orientation Island Public areas. They're not quite the same as the one you were at but might help you out. Keep an eye out for people with "Mentor" over their name - you can ask these folks for help, if you need a hand. _____________________
