My post isn't another rant the sellers have about xstreet fees but about Linden Labs making funds unavailable one deposits in Xstreet to use for purchases. What gives you the right Linden Labs to do this? I submitted a support ticket but also read there is very limited support for basic accounts. So I may not get my lindens back? To me this is stealing and because of this I will never make another purchase from Xstreet again. Small wonder very few will pay Linden Labs the monthly fee for a premium account. Shame on you Linden Labs.

You don't give a lot of details to what the actual problem is. A bad delivery?

Nothing was shown about a bad delivery. All I saw was the funds were placed as unavailable with no reason why.

I recently purchased 2500L via PayPal for $10.94 USD, and paypal confirms that the money was transfered. According to my SL account summery I have done no such thing, it simply says "L$ o.oo".

After I purchased the Linden Dollars, I got a window from secondlife.com saying that I needed to wait 24 hours to confirm the purchase, then I will get my L$, right?...wrong. It has been over 72 hours and nothing has changed, the only thing that seems different is that Xstreet says that I have 2500 SLL. What can I do with SLL? Nothing?

PayPal confirms the purchase, I have the transaction log and the receipt.

You have to transfer the Xstreet funds over to SL

not true they automatically deliver the L to your account even if its bought on xstreet. but they have been having problems with stale transactions lately my best guess is call the billing department make sure no one declined payment and if they didn't decline it just simply ask them the problem. if they say they never received payment then give them your confirmation order number (should be in the email) might also be a good idea to give them the confirmation number pay pal sent you if this still doesn't work call pay pal and get them to refund your money (they will) and in return just bill linden labs. if it was directly taken out of your bank account call your bank and do the same thing withhold payment and tell them it was because you never received what you paid for and they are refusing to give it to you. either way you can get your money back so really a non issue. if you need the billing number i believe its on the website under "support" if not just google linden labs and it will give you an office number call that you will get a automated message that says press 1. for bla. press 2. for billing department that kind of thing. hope it works out for you :)

oo i forgot to add there has been some instances where i have bought L using sl exchange (sl street) and it has taken up to a day or two to receive my L AFTER the transaction has been approved... LL has a lot of things they gotta approve about the payment even after the send it to make sure it try to make sure it is not fraudulent. sometimes (happened to me) if you never bought L or rarely and all of a sudden make a big purchase they will "flag" the transaction for review by there billing department til they can verify that its not fraudulent. to solve this simply call them and if they tell you thats the problem you should be able to give them your rl name, account name, password for account, approx L on the account, and the c card number and this should be more then enough info for them to send you your L. a 3rd option is some of the big banks (mine for one) are a little to cautious i call it "reject happy" where if there is what they believe to be a suspicious purchase they will automatically decline it instead of calling you and asking you about it like they should.
