My college network is rather belligerent about blocking any and all ports to a level of ridiculousness. What ports does Second Life use?

From the knowledge base: "The ports that need to be opened are 12020 - 13050. If that range seems to be large, you can limit it to 12020 - 12050 and 13000 - 13050"
From what I've seen in my logs, looks like it really just uses 12035 and 12036

Meiyo is correct: we use UDP 12020-12050 and 13000-13050 UDP, and TCP 443.
We do _mostly_ use 12035 and 12036, but if you only allow those ports, you'll end up seeing some wierd behavior eventually (there will be simulators that you will not be able to see).
