At about 9:00 pm PST, residents of Vonda City estate received announcement of a pending Administrative Restart of the simulator. All contents of the sim were removed and have not returned as of this writing. The land is marked now as being owned by Governor Linden. I would like to know what happened and how we are to receive our item, which were not returned n this process.

Sounds like the Estate Owner failed to pay their tier for a long while.
All your stuff is gone. I have "heard" that LL will sometimes put these reclaimed sims back up for tenants to grab stuff, but cannot confirm that they do that.
File a Support Ticket.
Sorry you lost your stuff and home.
