The navigation menubar across the top (either JS or DHTML or a bit of both) is not working on the forums pages. It works on other parts of the site.
Not getting a drop-down menu, and all clicking simply points back to forums.secondlife.com. Makes for some problematic navigation away from forums.
I've experienced this in Safari on OS X, and a friend of mine on IE on XP.

It's also broken in Netscape, Mozilla, and FireFox.

I don't think it's actually broken. It's just that they are now using vBulletin software, which is template based, and they probably haven't gotten around to updating the templates to include the dropdown navs. Just a guess.

Yersh, it's not like it gets much use. I use it MAYBE twice a month. That said, I'm sure it's just a feature they haven't implimented yet.
