Inventory folder hierarchy problem

The other day, I noticed that I had a few folders that were now OUTSIDE of my inventory folder in addition to the Library folder. Three product folders I had picked up I think that day.

I cannot move them back into the inventory folder (I get the circle with the slash through it when I try to drag and drop). If I try and drag the contents of the folder to another folder inside my inventory folder, the viewer crashes instantly.

I cannot delete them (delete is ghosted as an option). I tried clearing cache and reloading and that had no impact.

I have over 25k in my inventory, much of it related to building and my business. I really really really don't want to lose anything valuable

P.S. Related to this, are there any upper limits, hard or advised, on inventory?

The usual fix for this is to clear cache and relog, so I would try doing that a few times (yes, I know you've already tried it once). If that doesn't work, I'm afraid you're going to have to contact support - they have tools to fix broken inventories.

Re: limits, no idea. 25K is getting up there, but there are many folks with more.
