I made an apparatus to simulate bacterial multiplication in the form of prims, located in Olive 128 128. It worked for about a minute, till I naturally ran out of money. The apparatus then commenced on spamming me with "Insufficiant Funds" messages over and over... with 200 prims doing it all at the same time, my client has slowed to slower then a crawl, I'm suprised it hasnt crashed yet. I managed to open the debug menu and it was saying "INFO: Maxed out messages per frame at 200". Please help, I can barely log in, and I cant move, chat, or IM in world... sorry about PMing ppl before posting to the forums.

Again:
the objects are located at Olive 128 128, I would greatly appreciate a copy of the thing, for future experimentation (with more care taken to prevent this from happening again of course).

Thanks,

-Chris :)

Bacterial multiplication is correct.... we couldn't contain it without some serious antibiotics. ;^)

We actually lost several residents who approached the creation. I myself was sucked in, but by some miracle, I was ejected to Plum, of all places. I was a bit more careful on my second approach.

I was able to clear Olive to where players could enter it again, but unfortunately, I had to wipe everything to do so. I'm afraid I don't have a copy of the virus in question, but if you engineer a new strain, I'd make sure to encode a quick antivirus command. ;^)

Let me know if this doesn't solve your login issue.

Thanks so much Lee! The next version is sure to have an auto-detonation sequence added in so it doesnt go rogue on me again ^_^

Sorry for all the trouble!

Had similar problems.... Fortunately I coded in a distruct command but it took me forever to actually be able to issue it.... (I think I got down to like .2 fps or something....)
