tp'ing

Hey guys ive noticed a lot of people including my self have resently been having problems tp'ing from one sim to another, im having this problem on a regular basis but it eventually clears up, im not wearing any scripted cloths or hair, jewlery ect ect, and i have a small inventory, so my only conclusion is that it has to be some thing to do with the sims, because ive also done things like cleared chache and lowered all my graphic settings, if any one knows how to fix this i would apriciate it
