Sounds like you've been banned for something.
Eg they've banned your IP address, you'll never be able to connect with any PC from that location. _____________________

If you know you've done nothing wrong... That's the down side to IP bans and DHCP. (>_<
 If you're using a router with a changeable MAC address... Pick a new MAC from another network device you own and renew your IP address with your ISP. If you're IP really is banned, there's a chance you can slip through. (^_^) Also... They gave you a support Email address... Go ahead a send them a message. (^_^)y _____________________

I have fee Basic no Premium heya, this happens to me every now and again too, and there have been other threads about it too. What works for me is usually a complete unistall of SL, reboot router and computer and redownload SL and install from scratch - it's a pain in the proverbial but usually does the trick. happens to me about once a month on average |

This has been a problem for me for the past three months. CS is extremely slow to respond. The last question they asked was for my mac address and that has been a few weeks now. The worst part of this is having to wait weeks for a response. There is absolutely no reason to have been hardware banned.
I've tried using an alt, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing the IP address and so far, nothing has helped. Pretty frustrating. Hope you get yours worked out. |

Ive got that error yesterday then my girlfriend said to go ahead and uninstall secondlife and then reinstall so i did after i reinstalled it it gave me the error like 3 more times so i waited about 20 minutes and then i logged in ok which i was suprised but now again today i try to login and it gives me the error again so right now i uninstalled it and im reinstalling it once again hopefully it well let me login.. O btw i cant be banned or anything cuz i didnt do anything wrong.... i usually just stay on my land...
