I have been getting logged out every 5-10 minutes for about 4 weeks. I think its since the latest compulsory download. I have afk set to max and it happens when Im not even idle.
I tried many things like clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, different viewers, changing the cables on my computer, resetting the modem, contacting the isp to see how my network connection is, cleaning up my computer and deleting some big apps to try and make more room. None of these things helped.

So I submitted a ticket and explained my problem. I received quite a fast response which I was pleased about. The response was an apology and step by step instructions of some tasks they wanted me to do and some information to gather from my computer and submit. I did everything they asked and then waited. Then they asked for more information so I submitted and waited. Then they get back to me again with the solution and close the ticket.

The solution-

I find that last bit about 'should I require further guidance with regards to this issue' particularly infuriating but at the same time hilarious.
So I was left thinking WTF! They ask me for info from my computer and then tell me absolutely nothing but that?? How bizarre.
Why even bother asking me? Why not just tell me that straight out from the beginning?
So I reopen the ticket and ask them why and they reclose it and send me the same stock standard reply again.
They cannot even tell me if the problem is at their end or not unless I upgrade.
Surely a better way to encourage new customers would be to provide excellent service so as to encourage them not extort them.
I refuse to pay LL money so that perhaps they might be able to help perhaps not. Its really an appalling way to treat potential customers. I used to be premium but Im actually really glad I downgraded now.
I think my next step is to try my account on a different computer and see if its any different and then Ill know where the problem is stemming from I guess.
If anyone has any more ideas that might help to resolve this I would appreciate some advise. Cheers.
