Ethernet connection problems

I have problems running SL on an ethernet connection on the same modem from which i run SL on a USB connection. The USB connection works fine, but when using the ethernet connection, I get logged out of SL after about 15 minutes. It makes no difference whether I'm running both connections simultaneously on two different pcs or not... it ALWAYS disconnects after about 15 minutes. My ethernet drivers are up to date. It is only on SL that the ethernet connection does this, other gaming websites work fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I could fix it?

If you're on Linux, look for stuff talking about eth*, wifi*, or ath* interfaces in your logs and post that. If you're not, please switch to an operating system that tells you what's wrong with it when it's going wrong, and try again.
