A friend was trying to buy me a HUD and we kept getting this error message:
[0:06] THIRST 2.0 whispers: Looking up Carbontry Oxide's key, one moment please ...
[0:06] THIRST 2.0 whispers: Sorry, we could not find the key for Carbontry Oxide, so you can't buy product for them right now.
What can I do to fix it?

What can I do to fix it? I found the fix... you click on the yellow pyramid thingy to the left and it grabs your key for you.  |

Where was it being bought from? If from a user inw-orld, that's probably who needs to be asked. If from a site like onrez.com, then that's who needs to be contacted.
Your freind could give you the money and you could buy it.
If it's and online site, you might need to regiister at the online site.
