Yesterday I purchased two side-by-side land plots alongside a road. When I logged in this morning and joined them, my property line suddenly cut into the road, creating a giant hole! It looks terrible... is there any way to get this fixed?

If it's just the property LINE, hit "P" to toggle it. If you mean that your actual land is emerging up through the road, you should probably try lowering it very slightly with the land tools. If it's not your land that's pushing up through the road, you should report it to the Lindens using the bug reporter under Help > Report Bugs.

I ended up calling a Linden to fix it. The road had actually disappeared... my land was not poking through it.
Turned out the property line was sloppily drawn, so I ended up having to give up 96sq.m. to the Lindens in order to fix the issue. I was reimbursed, however.
