How do i download the Teen Grid? ive visite the website and i clicked the JOIN NOW button
and ive created an avatar and downloaded, but when i log-in, it says that i cant use SL
on my computer, what do i do? i Love SL so much! i miss SL

You seem to've stumbled onto the main grid. File a ticket telling what happened.

Go above here to "Support" (next to Blog, Land, Community, etc. on this page). Click it, then there is a button on the right side of that page to "Submit a Ticket." On the ticket page choose ticket type "basic or guest" from the drop-down menu. Once you do that you can choose from a drop-down menu. One of the issues you can choose is "I can't log into my Teen account."

i also gave the requirements it said to give to search their system. i hope they give me intructions onhow to fix my prob soon..
