Okay, So i'm logging in the game, and in the first few minutes everything's cool..But after that few minutes, I'm getting serious lag and when making few steps(more than ~5)to one side, i'm going to that side till i get a crash error and beeing dissconnected....
I got a SIEMENS ADSL router with 54.0 mpbs net speed and I live in Israel, Can someone help me out?

Is your router connection to your system a wireless by any chance? Wireless has greater latencies than a direct cable connection, the SL servers can believe that you have logged out.
I would also check heat build up. Not just with your system, due to dust, but also your router. Israel is quite warm this time of year.
Also Unplugging your router for 20 seconds will reset/refresh your IP.
Give those a try and post back if you still have problems, as there are still a whole list of potential issues that maybe causing your problem.
Post your system specs.

What is your graphics card make and model, and when did you last update the driver for it?
