Help!! i have no inventory at all!!

i have submitted a ticket but i got an email saying it will not be reviewed because because it said that the type of ticket was left blank. i checked and it is not left bland and is a technical issue

i have nothing but what is in the library and cannot accept inventory items. it locks me up and crashes me. I really need help and i dont know if my ticket is being reviewed

Clear your cache then log into a quiet sim.........wait for your inventory to load before tping off. If that doesn't work then manually delete your cache folder from your hard drive and repeat. Your inventory is very likely intact and you've lost nothing.

tried that already it isnt even trying to load
used the map and went to different sims
