I had the new viewer on my computer before I had to reformat my PC this weekend and it was working perfectly. When I reinstalled SL all the fonts now are cut off at the bottom. I did change the UI size and I tried smallest to biggest and the fonts still look chopped off. Also changed the screen resolution on my monitor, didn't help.
Can someone offer some suggestions to fix this?

Try disabling AI control, antialiasing and anisotropic filtering in your ATI control center thingy. That will hopefully do the trick.

I use SL in windowed mode and have this happen unless my window size is just the right ratio of width and height. So I just keep making it a tiny bit wider/narrower until the fonts stay fixed.

The video card has its own control panel.
