Hi,
Viewer crashed. It did not send a crash_log. When I logged back in, the object attached to my hand was missing. It was not in my trash folder. So it's looking like it was deleted without a trace or has warped to some place. Either way something way bad is going on.

Did you by any chance notice whether you had been credited (as if the object had been deleted)?
I had that happen a few times where my last known location was floating off somewhere (black hole) and it put me in the nearest sim... sans attachments.
