Mouseover No Longer Provides Information

Since I updated Second Life, I no longer receive information from an object or an avatar when I mouseover them (just point at them with my mouse without clicking).

I used to receive a person's name, etc when mousing over an avatar and all kinds of item information (name, owner, etc.) when mousing over an object.

My ability to touch and right click is unaffected.

Does anyone know what this could be related to?

Maybe you accidentally turned off hover tips?

View > Hover Tips > Show Hover Tips.

CTRL-SHIFT-T toggles it on and off.
