Okay. This is very, very weird. I click on the icon, and then it just starts giving me a few messages. One says that it is unable to run a full screen in 1024x768.. then that it'll run in a window. So I click okay. -Then- it says that the program requires 32-bit true color. And, alternately, if I run fullscreen, it'll adjust it for me. I've gone to display, but no matter what I put in, no matter what combination, it doesn't help. Truth is, I don't have 32-bit color, and I wish to download it somewhere, if I can. And every time I try to put it in the screen size it wants, it keeps blacking out on me. Microsoft Windows XP, Intel Celeron CPU 1200 MHz, 254 MB ram, DirectX 8.1. Update, sorta- I found another post sort of like mine, and am downloading DirectX 9.

Hi, Go to your control panel to display. In display click on settings. There should be a radial button under something that reads color quality. That radial button should give your all those settings you are looking for. If there is not one that says high color 32, or 32 bit color you might need to update your drivers. First I would recommend checking the FAQs and find out what version of drivers for your videocard work.(sometimes the newest drivers do not work) Then when you know that, check your video card manufacturers website for those drivers. The only time I have seen a videocard not have 32bit color is when it is the stock windows generic driver. So I hope this helps. Random
