Sorry, Dorientje, LL employees do not read the forums. I know, it's very very odd.
The only folks you can talk to here are other residents, and while some follow LL very closely and know ahead of time when they will have new stuff for us, I have not seen anyone mention anything that will help teleporting anytime soon.
But maybe someone more knowledgeable will be along soon ...

this is one of the things I like about the Emerald viewer. I can turn off the Teleport screen, and not only are teleports faster, I can do things while teleporting, such as continue typing in IM windows or doing things in inventory.  |

There is no teleport issues.
if the island your tping to is down idle then the server takes time to bring it up.
my island has few visiting folks and will do that sometimes.
but give it a few seconds and will always come up and allow a tp.
Oh wait i forgot. you have on 6000 prim hair, scripted 1000prim shoes,
huds that hog time from the server. and don't forget the 800 prim dress, last of all your bling scripted jewelry.
least we forget your out of control inventory that never loads cause you have too many files folders in the root ,
100gizillion things in the objects folder.
Yes this tp failures was made specifically for U.
its the server protecting itself from you.
no place like home.
want to tp
clean up your act.
want to know how look for some of my prev posts or some others that exist for these same issues.
now if none of the above apply to you
then your internet must suck
or you have 45 programs in your windows startup or mac
for windows
run msconfig and learn whats in your start up.
kill everything but video sound network in your startup.
Google what u don't know thats there.
dump ur antivirus an firewall blockers.that's your router does for you
get firefox and the NoScript addon for surfing. never use IE.
Lastly get kirsetens and or emerald as your second viewer, then set the cache to another folder.
to say the least if you complete all of this as required and still have issues then go login at a friends house and try there.
If your all out of suggestion and still willing and attempted these fixes and want on still or can't tp.
then im me .email me and i'll look into your system as u watch as time permits and i will fix it.
there is no tp issues. lost item issues . login failure issue. connection issues.
sl works and always has. granted there is the occasional hiccups and lag but thats network.
yours can be fixed so don't give up or get an attitude.
this game needs a bit of tweaking of your system to get it to run well.
and ur ava needs to carry less items your overhead cost for your ava should never go over 2500 .
1000 is fine but you will lag.
and for gods sake clean up your inventory.
now for my second cup of 2 cup coffee.
