Hey It's Gerith. I have encountered a new problem that has never happened before. I cannot scroll down and up on the Search thing. I have had this problem for 2 days and it's making me mad. Please help me. It wasnt doing this before.

Did you install a new version of SL?
What version of SL are you using?
You might clearing SL's embedded browser's cache, which you do at Preferences, Web, Browser Cache: Clear Now. Note that this is a different cache from the far more prominent cache used to hold SL data.
You might try clicking around the thumb button a bit to see if SL might be confused about the location of the thumb button.
And of course checking in jira couldn't hurt.

If people include the version number it becomes possible to look at an old post and tell what version the discussion refers to. It'not really an immense burden to copy and paste the version information from Help About Second Life into a forum post. It's a lot less effort to do that that the effort that might be expended trying to solve your problem for you.
You might try deleting your settings.xml file.
Or uninstalling and reinstalling your video drivers.
