i hope someone can help i have not been able to TP , see what the land name or owners are , i have no groups , no music , no nothing i have tried for 5 months to fix and have come up with nothing i have replaced network card, router and all things that my isp could change they have with no luck any help would be nice ty

In order to receive useful assistance, rather than wild guesses, it would be helpful if you could provide detailed information about your system specs.
If you are using Windows you can go to Start > Run > dxdiag.exe (type "dxdiag.exe" into the box)
After running it click "Save Information" which will create a TXT file from which you can copy and paste the information.
