could someone please help with this issue...my eyes appear to be closed but also blacked out

For the blacked out eyes, try putting on a different set, clearing your cache, and rebaking (yes all three). Even if you do all those, it may be a few days before your original eyes work right again.
Interesting you say that they look closed too though. Rebellious prim eyelashes?
