Hey folks, I'm posting here out of desperation. Since submitting a ticket via the help desk system on the main website, I've been unable to access the main website. Every time I go to secondlife.com I am redirected here: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ I can not even access my account page. What the hell is going on? I tried an alt account which I had to log in using another browser and that works fine. As soon as I used that browser to log into this account, bag, the redirect is back in place.
Why does submitting a ticket earn you such treatment?
