Everytime I attempt to log in I receive the following error: "Unable to connect to Second Life. DNS could not resolve the host name. Please verify that you can connect to the www.secondlife.com web site. If you can, but continue to receive this error, please go to the support section and report this problem."

I did that and was given a list of ports to allow on my firewall (using Windows Firewall), which I did:

"In regards to your issue thisa is due to certain ports and subnets not being allowed access.

please see the list below and allow access to all of these espeacially the poort 443 this is the secure login port.

What are Second Life's subnets?
Currently, they are:

63.210.156.0/22
64.129.40.0/21
64.129.44.0/22
64.154.220.0/22
66.150.244.0/23
69.25.104.0/23
72.5.12.0/22

or

ports

ports are Hardware firewalls
need to allow access on certain network ports.
Second Life needs to connect to ports 443/TCP,
12035/UDP, 12036/UDP, 12043/TCP, and 13000-13050/UDP.
You should configure your firewall to allow outbound
traffic on those ports, and related inbound traffic.
You'll need to consult your firewall's documentation,
or the manufacturer's website, for instructions on how
to make these changes to your firewall. As of Version 1.13.2,
released Jan. 10th, 2007, you may need to enable UDP/TCP
in order to access Second Life."

Even after doing all of that, I am still receiving the same error message. What else can I try?
