product bought problem?

I bought a gun from a place and it said in follows: [0:52] -DreamWalker desings-VoidBreakerVendor whispers: Thank you. Your product will be delivered shortly. (If Second Life is being extremely slow, it can take up to 15 minutes). its been longer than 15 minutes and the product hasn't went into my inventory. what should i do?

You need to find out who the seller is first. You can look in your Transactions History under Account here on the web, or go back to the store and see who the owner of the vendor box is (Right-Click, More, More, Inspect)

Once you have the name of the seller, look in their profile to see if they have contact information about customer service. If they do, follow their instructions.

If they have nothing in their profile about it, then make a notecard with the information you have and drop it on their profile. And then send a short IM saying you gave them a notecard about an undeliverd product.

Most of us merchants know there are delivery problems sometimes and are happy to fulfill our sales transactions in order to keep happy customers.

Yep. And, because of the way SL works, they will have gotten absolutely no sign that it wasn't delivered to you. Keep that in mind when you contact them - be nice!
