Unable to change password

I'm trying to change my password from the website, through account profile. I click on "change login details", type in my old password, the new one twice, and hit enter. The same screen then pops up and tells me the old password was incorrect!

I've tried this five or six times, and every time I get the same result. I'm pretty sure the password is correct as it works for logging into the game and the website .
