This is a bizzare, I dont receive im's to email when offline in one particular region - Congrua. These im's I do receive in im when online an that works perfectly, but as soon as I go offline they stop getting to my email addy. This never happened before and my partner is ok he receives his to his email and they are exactly the same scripts???
I receive my im from another region thats no problem, this is just one region. Reported it and reported it again to LL but yes you guessed it no response from them, not even an acknowledgement. Why can't us premium members get the support these days. Gosh it was a lot better a year ago with Live Help Chat at least we could talk to a Linden then. Now they seem to ignore you if you can get one online but thats a rareity.
Anyone else had problems with im's not getting to their email.
Oh and btw - yes I have all the right boxes ticked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled sl and cleared cache, all things that LL will tell you to do.
