Can not run the Secondlife Client

Hi guys,

I just downloaded the Secondlife client and installed it. Now when i try to run the client i get an error window saying " The ordinal 11 could not be located in the dyanmic link library Dsound.dll" and then it exits the application. Any idea why this happens. I am running Windows 2000 Pro on P4 with 750+ megs of ram.

I was just gonna say that, try installing Direct X again?

Win 2000 is crap.... there is your answer. But try Dx...
