It's always dangerous to jump to conclusions based on someone's writing style, but are you over 18? They will cancel accounts for minors that try to sneak in.
Other than that, make sure you are not using the same credit card, computer, or internet connection as someone who is banned from SL. Make sure that if you've passed 7 days on free trial that you signed up for a paying account of some kind. Also be sure to check your email to see if you might have been notified about being suspeneded, banned, or if there was a billing problem.
If all of that looks okay and you still don't know, email them directly to ask ( support@secondlife.com ) or call them during normal California Business hours at 1-800-860-6990

Don't worry, if you're suspended, you'll be back in action soon. It could be anything, perhaps even nudity in a PG sim or attaching a cabin to your head (I did that once). In any case, it's temporary.

Where in the TOS does it say you can't attach a cabin to your head?

Depends on how many people you bump with that cabin.

Don't hold your breath on an answer.

If you've been suspended, Linden Labs policy is 'you've been bad! Have a suspension! That'll teach you! What did you do? Oh we can't tell you that. It'd be a violation of privacy of the griefer - I mean legitimate abuse reporter - in question. So, learn from your mistake and don't do it again. Whatever it was.'

Tip: If you want to have Avatar Foo suspended, you need only utilise a friend to help. Hover off the ground. 10 meters should do it. Teleport your friend to your location - insist they don't move, and ensure you don't move yourself. Then teleport Avatar Foo to your location (ok, so you'll need some inventive excuse. Offer to cyber them or something). As you know, they will teleport into the exact same space as your friend, and smack down onto your friends head. Now simply ask your friend to go to the PvP abuse window and report Avatar Foo. Works every time!

Disclaimer: Yes, this works. No, I don't actually condone it. I'm being heavily sarcastic to illustrate how pathetic the system is. I've done this to a Linden by way of illustration and they thought it was very funny in a 'haha! yeah, you got us, the system is flawed' kinda way.

Flame away, people. Just remember, it's the system and how it's handled that's wrong as much as the irresponsible bitch who tells you how to exploit it. :p

Exactamundo.

Note to self... you can get away with a lot if you just use a forum nobody reads. :D

*wonders how many indignant responses I'd have had if I'd posted the above in a thread entitled 'How to get anyone suspended from Second Life' in the main forum*

Y'know Tina that just damn insulting. Not everyone grew up in the center of the world, the USA.

Leave it to the Lindens.

Unfortunately non-native attempts at English often look a lot like children's writing. I wasn't trying to be insulting (I might have been anyway though) I was just trying to get out of the way the first thing that came to mind that might be wrong.
My apologies if I offended anyone. Good luck to you getting it sorted out kfir.

Don't worry TinaStar. I don't think the original poster was offended at all, judging by their response. But Jack specialises in being offended on everyone elses behalf.

what might have gotten you suspended:

during an event at stage 4, a scripted object showed up. it went zipping around bumping people and knocking them around. a linden showed up to get rid of the object. you were the object owner and/or creator.
