Ok so i make an account my first time here I down load it and try to run the program and I get this Second Life is unable to run becuse your video card drivers did not install properl, are out of date,or are for unsuported hardwear. Please make sure you have the latest video card drivers and even if you have the latest try reinstalling them. Ok i am not a tecnical person at all this is a brand new laptop with windows 7. I have no ideawhat i need to do i have sent in a ticket and no response and that was 4 days ago i am about to give up. If some one knows what i can do please help. Thank you all

Providing system information might be useful.
The type of video card or integrated video processor would be the most important piece of system info.

If your laptop has a brand and model that wouldn't hurt to provide.
