Voice going on-off continuously

Hello,

Sometimes Voice is working well; but sometimes not: sessions with voice issues for me usually look as follows: I start a voice meeting inworld, which goes well for some minutes-- then suddenly, for several minutes, I do not hear voice of the people anymore, then again from time to time I hear a couple of words said by other people, but not more than a few seconds, then no-voice again for several minutes, again and again until the end of the session..

Has anyone an idea about the reason of this problem ? Fyi I checked setups, hardware etc... everything is OK

Something to help us get started: Could you post the contents of the upper frame of Help > About Second Life, please?

Also, what OS are you running on? are you using a headset or a separate mic and speakers?

Can you still see the white dots and green waves when people are speaking, even if you can not hear them?

You might want to reply to the correct message instead of hitting Quote on the last message. Doing the latter screws up threading for those using that view.
