Hey, when i try to access second life it tells me my video card driver has not installed properly, out of date or are for unsupported hardware.

This does not make any sence though becasue i have already played second life a few months back without any trouble. I reinstalled the game and now it is telling me this. Here are my pc details to show to you that my pc meets its requirements. Also, i play other games like Countrer Strike Source that have higher requirement needs but it does not come up with any form of an error.

Taking a short look at the GPU table your 9200 is still supported. Although probably pretty slow.

You may try to run SL with "--noprobe" commandline switch. Perhaps also "--safe" helps to reset your preferences.

I also suggest you take a look at a non-windlight viewer like Nicholaz 1.18.0.6 or Cool Viewer 1.19.0.5. They should work fine on your hardware and are faster than the official viewer.
