Wierd Lag fix

This has probably happened to others b4 but I just thought I would post this.

I started laggin real bad on the tehma? sim (spelling bad i know),
on Sat 12/28/02 approximatly 9pm pst. I decided to see if I was running any software in the background. But nothing else was running. I thought about restarting my system but I decided to just restart my client. **Viola** No LAG. I remember back also in previous client versions, that i restarted the client and the lag was gone. So I am wondering if there is something that fragments the ram or dirty code or something(not a programmer so excuse me if I sound stupid or insultive) that causes this lag on the client side.

I've fixed lag before by logging out and logging back in. This didn't even involve exiting the client.
