Toshiba Laptops U400-SP2804 comes with CHIP Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family and the ADAPTOR: Mobile Intel(R) GMA 4500MHD. It seems that this hw slow down the game. I would hope to run the game at least with minimal graphics requirements, but it not work at all with this adaptor.

no, its not supported
there is a slight chance if you fiddle with updating drivers and do some magic tricks it will load sl, but it will run at the speed of a sleepy elderly man running a sideshow while some one narrates every nuance in the image
