I suppose you might be a no payment info on file account trying to go to place that restricts access to payment info on file accounts, or perhaps a not cleared for adult access account trying to go to an adult location, or something like that.
When you put the coordinates in the big map, do you select the proper sim first?
What is the store name?
What sim is it in?
What are the coordinates?
If you look up the seller's profile in SL, there's likely to be a "Pick" in the profile that can take you to the store.
If you look up the store's name in SL, there's likely to be link to get to the store.
If you have a sim name, and the coordinates of the store in that sim, you can create an url that might take you there like this:
secondlife://SimName/X/Y/Z/
replacing the sim name and coordinate where appropriate, giving a result like this:
secondlife://Ahern/120/120/50/
then you can either
1. copy that url and paste it into your browser's url bar and hit enter, or
2. paste it into your chat bar in Second Life, press enter, open your chat history, and if you made the url correctly, you will have a blue highlighted link in your chat history that you can click on to teleport., or,
3. do your operating system's equivalent of hitting Start, Run, pasting in the text, and pressing enter.
If you can get to the sim, or to a connected sim, you can fly, walk or run to the coordinates, reading your position in the title bar to see which way you need to go.
You could also try going to
http://slurl.com/build.php and fill out the form with the sim name and coordinates and see if that works.
