Hi, my problem is that i cant RE-enter the payment information about my credit card. which is impossible because i have used the same billing information about my credit card that i have used the first time i have registered inside second life. The information are the SAME and now it keeps telling me that my card is not accepted. My card is not out of date, all the info are correct..and after several tryings now after the appearing of the global collect logo I see that: not authorised. Not authorised?? I dont understand what the problem is, and im kinda desperate lol

I am currently having the same problem. I went to put a new credit card on my account payment info. It was approved for the first three and rejected for three others. Being the good girl, I did what the knowledgebase said and contacted my credit card company. They can see the approved transactions, have no blocks on the card, and have not received a single one of the failed transactions.
I've determined the problem is Global Collect, the company Linden Labs uses for credit card transactions. Using their website, I was able to search by credit card number and locate records of the failed transactions (based on date - I know they failed). Not one of them has a value for "Status". Of course, they direct you to Linden Support. Linden Support just keeps coming back to "You need to contact your credit card company". This is really starting to piss me off. Hey Linden Labs. I pay my freaking bill. Fix my freaking card with your third-party vendor.
Anyone else have this? Anyone have any experience with getting it corrected?
