Look at this snapshots. It seems the objects get distorted to my camera and end up looking like spikes and everything and it blocks my view. How do i fix this? Second of all, how should I reduce time to rez objects and textures, I don't really care about quality, I just want the game to run smoothly.

Hi Kirra, welcome to the forums!
My bet is that you have a video card from ATI. They frequently have a problem with rendering Vertex Buffer Objects (VBO). Here's a quick fix: To turn VBO off, go to Edit/Preferences/Graphics (custom). Choose the Hardware options button in the bottom right of the dialog, then you should uncheck VBO (it is on by default, I believe).
VBO is an optimization that makes rendering faster for cards that can handle it, but if your card/drivers cannot, it 'shreds' the image with multicolored shards.
If that works, try upgrading your drivers. Then you will probably be able to turn VBO back on. ATI put out new drivers that eliminated this issue for many cards a while ago. Be sure to uninstall the old driver before installing the new one. .

most versions of windows automatically deletes the old version after you update it, but keeps a .bak in case the new driver is malfunctioning and you want the old one back
