Edited objects go *poof* at high altitudes?

For the past 3 days, i have been working at 2050m and 4 times now, while editing an object - the object just disappeared. It was not returned to inventory, did not go to 0,0,0, and cannot be located in the sim via "Top Scripts" to show where the scripted item(s) could have gone (I think 1 item had script in it, but not sure). All of these objects were linksets, not single objects - and all i was doing was texturing the objects and moving linked prims to get to the different sides that need texture. The only odd thing i had going in SL was the Texture Console (ccontrol-shift-3).

The sim has been restarted and the objects have not appeared or been returned.

Has this been happening to anyone else?

Any one have any ideas?

Try the same coordinates at Z=768 (someone correct me if I got the number wrong - the old z limit)

That.........or 4096, which is the current z limit.

oh yes, id try the old limit maybe they did a "woops" again :rolleyes:
