My computer broken down, so i bought another, but this only is '24-bit'. SL requires a '32-bit' display thing.
i would like to know if there is something that i can download , or work SL with?

post specs ..sounds like it has a pile of garbage integrated video card.. 24bit? damn! its not a WIN95 is it?
you may have the settings for display set at 24 bit but that's pretty odd, or this new machine is a basic word processing office machine. give some details specs of the new computer... OS (vista/XP/? Almost irrelevant, but I thought that the sequence did not include any 24-bit devices in the lineage of the 8086 to P4. I've lost track after the P4, of course. I blame my kids.
