never before seen log in error

I have just tried to log in (was on 2 hrs before AND EVERYTHING FINE) and received message sayIng

' Login Failure: Second life cannot be accessed from this computer. If you feel this is a mistake contact support@ secondlife.com...' etc..


WHAT IS THIS,,,?? ANYONE KNOW? HAVE EMAILED BUT NO REPLY

phew you give me hope - I have had exactly the same error message myself after it working fine earlier today it must be a tech problem and not a problem with our accounts i hope.
very frustrating.
